8. USE OF TEXAS RELIABILITY ENTITY, INC., LIST SERVER (EMAIL) LISTS FOR MARKETING PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. HOST DOMAINS OF VIOLATORS WILL BE DENIED ACCESS TO THE TEXAS RELIABILITY ENTITY, INC., SERVER.
9. The Texas Reliability Entity, Inc., logo and "Texas Reliability Entity" are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Texas Reliability Entity, Inc., and may not be used without the prior written permission of Texas Reliability Entity, Inc.

Although Texas Reliability Entity, Inc., provides certain encryption in an effort to protect the NERC registration information that you submit to Texas Reliability Entity, Inc., through the site, Texas Reliability Entity, Inc., does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the site. You understand and agree to assume the security risk for any information you provide using the site.
Do not send any confidential or proprietary information to Texas Reliability Entity, Inc., through the site.
